to submit a vehicle purchase order. After placing your reservation, your selected dealer will contact
you to brief you about pricing, vehicle availability, and confirm details of your purchase.
Following your conversations with the dealer, your order will be put in line as per the priority of the
order received.
Reserving your Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid is a two-step process.
1. Go to the Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid reservation website (reservation.chrysler.com), select your model, preferred color, vehicle package, optional package, your preferred dealer and enter contact details First Name, Last Name, Phone Number & Email Address. Submit the form by making an initial deposit amount to place an order.
2. Dealer will contact you before finalizing your preferences, the pricing of the vehicle and vehicle availability.

Reserve your 2024 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid today through the online reservation process. It is a simple process
where you choose the model, color, package, choose your participating dealer, enter your information,
and submit the information with an initial reservation deposit. Your order will be placed in the
priority of order received. Limitations may apply.

your closest participating dealers. You can hit the "Load More" button to see a wider list of dealers to
choose from. Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid reservations are available only in the United States, through participating
dealers.
If you were directed to a “Thank You” web page after submitting your reservation, then your reservation
was successfully submitted. You will also receive a reservation confirmation email within 12 hours of
your submission.
Your selected Chrysler dealer will contact you to confirm your order and a final agreed upon purchase
price.

Your order will be confirmed by the dealer. The dealer will put you in line to receive your vehicle on
priority of orders received.
Reservations are stored sequentially in the order they were received. Vehicle production schedule is dependent upon
numerous variables including time of order. You will receive an email communication regarding when
your Plug-in Hybrid is scheduled to be built. Specific details regarding vehicle production timelines are not
currently available.
When your vehicle is about to be
produced, you will receive email communication that your order is scheduled to be built and track
delivery estimates. You will also be able to see this information on the vehicle order tracking site www.chrysler.com/trackyourorder.html
It may take up to 12 hours to receive your Chrysler reservation confirmation email. If you haven’t
received the confirmation email after 12 hours, please contact the dealer.
Your reservation agreement is available and can be printed or saved at the end of the online reservation
process. If you did not save or print your reservation agreement at the time you submitted your online
reservation, you may contact your dealer for a copy of your reservation agreement.
Your Reservation ID can be found on the Thank You web page at the end of the reservation process. After
reservation, the ID can also be found in your reservation confirmation email.

Reservations will be fulfilled in the same order received; however, actual delivery may vary based upon
a number of factors including vehicle configuration selected, commodity constraints, residency,
delivery, and final ordering and production of similarly configured Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid.
Only Dealers that are participating and have activated online reservations can be selected. The
participating dealers will be provided based on your ZIP code. The Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid is only available for
online reservation in the USA through participating dealers.
Yes. You can cancel your reservation by contacting your selected Chrysler dealer. Please refer to your
reservation confirmation email to see all contact details for your dealer.
Dealer receives the reservation deposit. Contact your dealer for details. The reservation deposit will
be credited towards purchase or refunded based on customer preference.
